1. Nature of Services

manglanandpanda.com is a digital platform operated by traditional hereditary Teerth Purohits (Panda Ji) offering personalized religious services, Vedic rituals (such as Rudrabhishek, Mahamrityunjaya Jaap), life-cycle Sanskars (such as Mundan, Yagyopavit, Gathbandhan), and local pilgrimage coordination.

All fees collected on this website represent priest honorarium (Dakshina), administrative coordination, and the cost of ceremonial items (puja samagri). We do not collect non-service donations or act as a charitable trust.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings must be made with accurate devotee details, including full names, contact information, Gotra (if known), and expected dates of arrival.

A booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed through our authorized payment gateway.

3. Devotee Responsibilities & Temple Regulations

Devotees are expected to adhere strictly to the rules, security protocols, and dress codes established by the Baba Baidyanath Temple Management Board and local administrative authorities.

Priority or VIP darshan assistance involves queue coordination and ritual facilitation by hereditary priests; it does not bypass statutory security checks or official administrative restrictions.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of standard ritual arrangements as described in the service details.

Any optional, voluntary offerings (such as precious metals, extensive fruit/sweet Bhog, or additional customary cash Dakshina) are solely at the devotee’s discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure an auspicious and punctual ritual experience, we are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by sudden temple closures, VIP government movements, extreme weather events, or transit delays (train/flight schedules).

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Deoghar, Jharkhand.
